Yes. Every creator receives the core Supporter CRM, including supporter profiles, history, notes, tags, relationship stages, tasks, saved segments, and supported exports.

Do I need CRM+ to use ViLo?

No. CRM+ is optional and designed for creators who want advanced segmentation, automation, campaigns, retention intelligence, attribution, forecasting, and additional growth tools.

Does CRM+ replace the 5% platform fee?

No. CRM+ is an optional subscription separate from the 5% platform fee.

Can members use one account for multiple creators?
