2. Eligibility
Some restrictions and suspensions may be appealed. Urgent temporary controls may remain active while an appeal is reviewed.
3. Independent review
Appeals should be reviewed separately from the original decision when staffing allows.
4. Outcomes
An appeal may be approved, denied, or returned for more information. The public decision note does not expose private reports or internal safety details.
5. Repeated submissions
Duplicate appeals do not speed review and may be combined into one case history.
